How to end voting if not everyone voted by deadline?
In some circumstances not all voters will be able to turn in votes by the deadline you have indicated. In this case you can close voting by deadline, by pressing "Close voting due to expiry"
Once you press this button, you will initiate a transaction.
Once the transaction is confirmed, your Family Account Smart Contract will calculate the number of LOVE tokens staked for and against the proposal. Depending on that the Contract identifies whether the proposal passed or declined.
In this case, the proposal has passed, though it was closed by the deadline. Have a great pasta!
It is possible that this function could be abused by putting very tight deadlines on proposals, especially when it comes to moving assets. That is why it is important to identify the minimum deadline that can be put on proposals and set it as a Family Account policy.
