How to create non-executable proposals?
Some proposals cannot be executed by a smart contract but may have high importance. To create such proposals:
You can press "Create new" proposal.
And enter your proposal message within the text box. After reviewing, you can confirm your proposal in the next step.
Once you confirmed your transaction within the wallet extension, you will be able to see your proposal in the feed.
As you can see your proposal has shown up within the Proposals feed. In this case, the proposal is not executable, because ultimately you will be going physically to Disney Land.
Because of the a-synchronic nature of transactions, it may take some time before the blockchain is updated. You may wish to refresh your page multiple times before the proposal is shown.
